filezilla software package provides Full-featured graphical FTP/FTPS/SFTP client, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install filezilla
filezilla is installed in your system.
Make ensure the filezilla package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep filezilla *
You will get with filezilla package name, version, architecture and description in a table
